Stephanie was born and raised on Orcas Island in the San Juans, so “getting outside” was never really optional — it was just home. She started her career in the outdoor industry as a Store Manager at KAVU, then spent two decades working her way up through Sales Rep, Director of Retail, and Director of Sales — giving her a deep understanding of the specialty outdoor landscape and, more importantly, an alarming tolerance for trade show carpet. These days she invests her time, knowledge and tradeshow shoes across Waypoint’s hardgoods brand portfolio. Outside of work, Stephanie is an avid reader, a devoted cat cuddler, and a self-proclaimed lover of long walks in the woods — though she’ll take any excuse to detour into a lake, river, or ocean instead. She also considers the hot tub a legitimate snacking and strategic planning space, and has the wrinkled fingers to prove it.
