Ryan came to visit the PNW in 2001 and he never left.  He fell in love with all that the Cascades have to offer – alpine, rock and big wall climbing, skiing, backpacking and cycling.

He got his start in the outdoor industry at the specialty retailer -Active Endeavors, Iowa City -in 1997.  Since 2008 Ryan has been a specialty account rep for several outdoor apparel, accessory, ski and climbing brands in WA, OR, ID, MT and AK.

When he’s not on the road doing clinics or out playing in the mountains, there is a good chance that that you can catch him seeing live music, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen or hanging out in his garden with his lovely wife, Lilly.
