Blake joined D_b_ in 2022 and Waypoint in 2025. He currently works as the North American Sales Operations Manager for D_b_. Over the years, he’s worn plenty of hats—working across sales, operations, key accounts, logistics, and just about everything in between. He enjoys bringing people, brands, and retailers together and helping turn big ideas into something that actually works.

Originally from Sun Valley, Idaho, Blake has spent most of his life chasing whatever gets him outside. When he’s not working, you can usually find him skiing, mountain biking, surfing, or heading somewhere in his truck with way too much gear packed in the back. He now calls Seattle home, where access to the mountains, ocean, and plenty of parks keeps him plenty busy.
