Team

A.J. joined the Waypoint team in 2021.  She is the Northern Rockies Territory Manager for Helly Hansen and Vasque Footwear.  She brings with her two decades of experience in the Ski and Outdoor Industries.  She worked as a buyer for several years in the retail landscape of her hometown: Jackson Hole, Wyoming, and followed that with a role as Key Accounts Manager for Arc’teryx.  A.J.’s true passions are found in the mountains.  She is an avid skier, mountain biker, river runner, water-skier, backpacker and trail runner.  She has traveled the world as a Freeskiing athlete and won highest accolades as the World Tour Champion in the height of her ski career.  She was the first female to telemark ski the Grand Teton and still throws the occasional backflip on skis. She worked as a member of the Avalanche Hazard Reduction team with the Jackson Hole Ski Patrol, has been inducted onto the JH Air Force, and loves spend time with her family, friends, and four-legged companions anywhere/any day/any time outdoors.
