Bob has been in the Outdoor industry since the early 90’s, and has had the privilege of working with some of the very best brands in the business. Beginning his career in North Carolina as a small paddlesports retailer, Bob then went on to Patagonia in 1996, where he worked on the watersports team, eventually becoming the President of Lotus Designs. In 2001, Bob left Patagonia to become the Senior Vice President of Arcteryx Equipment, where he stayed until partnering with good friend, Jim Purdy, in 2007 to form Waypoint Outdoor. Bob lives on Orcas Island with his wife and three children. A passionate waterman, Bob enjoys paddling, surfing, and offshore fishing.
